With 100M+ followers, 100B+ lifetime views, and a portfolio spanning OpenAI, SpaceX, Revolut, and Databricks, the brand had to carry the weight of both a media personality and an investment institution.

Problem: A High-Energy Brand That Still Needed to Read as Investor-Grade
Magic Ventures had a genuine edge over traditional VC, a distribution network most funds can't buy, but translating that into a brand that felt credible to founders and institutional audiences was a real design challenge. The identity needed to feel unmistakably Julius: bold, high-energy, and built for attention, while holding the restraint and authority that capital demands. Without that balance, it risked reading as either too corporate or too casual, and neither would attract the right founders.
