Over the course of 18 months, Mirame Digital partnered with Griolladh to enhance their brand identity and presence. Specializing in traditional Irish sandwiches with five locations across Ireland, Griolladh sought to deepen their connection with customers and elevate their market position. Problem: A Brand With Real Character Entering a Category That Defaults to Safe

Irish food brands tend to play it safe. Greens and creams, heritage nods, a font that feels vaguely old. Griolladh had no interest in any of that, but without a brand identity to match its personality, the distinctiveness that made it worth visiting didn't travel beyond the door. The challenge was building something that owned a shelf, a cup, and a streetfront without softening the edges that made it worth coming back to.

Solution: High-Contrast, High-Conviction, Built to Own Every Surface It Lands On

We built the identity around conviction: black and yellow, a condensed wordmark that hits like a headline, and a visual language that's completely unapologetic. The "G Hits the Spot" badge carries the entire brand attitude in four words. The packaging system runs consistently across every format, bold enough to travel and coherent enough to read as one brand from Thomas Street to Cork. Griolladh is now a growing franchise, and the brand looks exactly like a place worth queuing for.
