Mirame Digital partnered with Moroccan Tea Co to build a brand and packaging system that could hold two truths at once: genuine cultural authenticity and premium luxury positioning. The project covered the full brand identity and packaging design across a range of distinct blends, each requiring its own visual composition while still belonging to a single, coherent family on shelf.

Problem: Cultural Heritage That Risked Reading as Ornamental Rather Than Elevated
Moroccan Tea Co had a genuinely rich visual and cultural reference point to draw from, but that depth is also a risk. Packaging in this space easily becomes decorative rather than distinguished, leaning on patterns and motifs in ways that feel imitative rather than earned. The challenge was designing something that honoured the heritage without reducing it to surface-level signalling, while still commanding a premium position at retail.

Solution: Traditional in Reference, Modern in Execution
We drew directly from Moroccan arts and crafts, using intentional colour, hand-crafted patterning, Arabic-influenced typographic sweeps, and a mandala-based motif that quietly anchors the brand in place and history. Each blend was treated as its own composition with its own palette and artwork, while acrylic-style ingredient graphics brought a contemporary freshness to the structure. The result is packaging that feels collectible rather than disposable: elevated, culturally grounded, and designed to reward a second look.
